Introduction:

 

AGV: Automated Guided Vehicle or AGV, currently the most common applications such as: AGV carrying robots or AGV car, concentrated mainly applied in automatic logistics move transhipment, AGV moving robot is automatically by the special landmark navigation items will transport to the designated place, the most common way of guide for the qr code guide, magnetic stripe, laser guidance, RFID guide. The way of magnetic stripe guidance is commonly used and the way with the lowest cost. However, the site setting has certain limitations and influences on the site decoration style. Laser guide cost is the highest on the site requirements are also relatively high so generally not used; RFID guide cost is moderate, its advantage is high guidance precision, site setting is more convenient to meet the most complex site layout, the overall decoration of the site has no impact on the environment, followed by RFID high security and stability is magnetic strip navigation and laser navigation is not available.


 

引导方式:

 

1.    电磁感应式:也就是我们最常见的磁条导航,通过在地面黏贴磁性胶带,AGV自动搬运车经过时车底部装有电磁会感应到地面磁条地标从而实现自动行驶运输货物,站点定义则依靠磁条极性的不同排列组合设置。

2.    激光感应式:通过激光扫描器识别设置在其活动范围内的若干个定们标志来确定其坐标位置,从而引导AGV运行。

3.    RFID感应式:通过RFID标签和读取装备自动检测坐标位置,实现AGV小车自动运行,站点定义通过芯片标签任意定义,即使最复杂的站点设置也能轻松完成。

 

Guiding method:

1。 Electromagnetic induction type: it is our most common magnetic stripe navigation。 Magnetic tape is pasted on the ground。

2。 Laser induction: through the laser scanner to identify a number of fixed signs set in its range of activity to determine its coordinate position, thus guiding the operation of AGV。

3. RFID induction: automatic operation of AGV car can be realized through RFID tag and automatic detection of coordinate position of reading equipment. Station definition can be defined arbitrarily through chip tag, and even the most complex station setting can be easily completed.

优点:

1、自动化程度高--由计算机,电控设备,磁气感应,,激光反射板等控制。当车间某一环节需要辅料时,由工作人员向计算机终端输入相关信息,计算机终端再将信息发送到中央控制室,由专业的技术人员向计算机发出指令,在电控设备的合作下,这一指令最终被AGV接受并执行--将辅料送至相应地点。

2、充电自动化--当AGV小车的电量即将耗尽时,它会向系统发出请求指令,请求充电(一般技术人员会事先设置好一个值),在系统允许后自动到充电的地方"排队"充电。另外,AGV小车的电池寿命很长(2年以上),并且每充电15分钟可工作4h左右。

3、美观--提高观赏度,从而提高企业的形象。

4、安全性--人为驾驶的车辆,其行驶路径无法确知。而AGV 的导引路径却是非常明确的,因此大大提高了安全性;

5、成本控制--AGV 系统的资金投入是短期的,而员工的工资是长期的,还会随着通货膨胀而不断增加;

6、易维护--红外传感器和机械防撞可确保AGV免遭碰撞,降低故障率;

7、可预测性--AGV 在行驶路径上遇到障碍物会自动停车,而人为驾驶的车辆因人的思想因素可能会判断有偏差;

8、降低产品损伤--可减少由于人工的不规范操作而造成的货物损坏;

9、改善物流管理--由于AGV 系统内在的智能控制,能够让货物摆放更加有序,车间更加整洁;

10、较小的场地要求--AGV 比传统的叉车需要的巷道宽度窄得多。同时,对于自由行驶的AGV 而言,还能够从传送带和其他移动设备上准确地装卸货物;

11、灵活性--AGV 系统允许最大限度地更改路径规划;

12、调度能力--由于AGV 系统的可靠性,使得AGV 系统具有非常优化的调度能力;

13、工艺流程--AGV 系统应该也必须是工艺流程中的一部分,它是把众多工艺连接在一起的纽带;

14、长距离运输--AGV 系统能够有效地进行点对点运输,尤其适用于长距离运输(大于60米);

15、特殊工作环境--专用系统可在人员不便进入的环境下工作。

础劳动都可以有由AGV搬运机器人来实现。


Advantages:

1. High degree of automation -- controlled by computer, electronic control equipment, magnetic induction, laser reflector, etc. When a part of the workshop needs auxiliary materials, the staff will input relevant information to the computer terminal, and the computer terminal will send the information to the central control room, and the professional technical personnel will issue instructions to the computer. In addition, AGV car battery life is very long (more than 2 years), and every 15 minutes of charging can work about 4h.

4. Safety -- the driving path of a human-driven vehicle cannot be ascertained. However, the guidance path of AGV is very clear, so the security is greatly improved.

5。 Cost control -- the capital investment of AGV system is short-term, while the salary of employees is long-term, which will increase with the inflation;

6。 Easy maintenance -- infrared sensor and mechanical collision prevention can ensure AGV from collision and reduce failure rate;

7. Predictability --AGV will automatically stop when encountering obstacles in its driving path, while human-driven vehicles may have errors in judgment due to human thinking factors;

8. Reduce product damage -- can reduce the damage of goods caused by manual non-standard operation;

9. Improve logistics management -- because of the intelligent control within the AGV system, the goods can be placed in a more orderly way and the workshop is more tidy;

10. Smaller site requirements -- agvs require much narrower roadways than traditional forklifts. Meanwhile, for free-running agvs, they can load and unload goods accurately from conveyor belts and other mobile devices.

11. Flexibility --AGV system allows maximum change in path planning;

12。 Scheduling capability -- due to the reliability of AGV system, AGV system has a very optimized scheduling capability;

13. Process flow --AGV system should and must be a part of the process flow, which is the link connecting many processes together;

14. Long distance transportation --AGV system can effectively carry out point-to-point transportation, especially suitable for long distance transportation (over 60 meters);

15. Special working environment -- the special system can work in an environment that is inconvenient for people to enter.
